OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Press and Hold the POWER BUTTON (Bottom Button) for 3 seconds to power CHARLI ON. The light will turn solid, and the vibrating tapper will begin oscillating.
- Quick Press the POWER BUTTON (Bottom Button) to cycle through the 10-Functions.
- Quick Press the FLAPPER BUTTON (Top Button) to activate. The Top Light will turn solid, and The FLAPPER will begin the slapping motion.
- Quick Press the FLAPPER BUTTON (Top Button) to cycle through the 10-Functions.
- Press and hold the POWER BUTTON for 3 seconds to turn CHARLI OFF.
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
- Locate the Magnetic Charge contacts located at the bottom of the toy opposite the controls.
- Attach the Charge Cable to the magnetic contacts. The light will begin to flash.
- Charging is complete when the light becomes solid.
